The field modem and the associated battery supply are specially suited for field use. On a field modem 2 to 8 intelligent sensors can be connected, depending on the type. The field modem can read the stored measurement data form the sensors and send via SMS data messages to a database, which is accessible for you as user, directly or via the Internet. Setting the modem takes place through SMS communication form the database or by a connected laptop. The modem has a status display and an active indication.

Housing
The durability of equipment in the field determines their optimal functioning. The watertight housing guarantees a long climate-resistant set up.

The e-SENSE modem is user-ready for connecting to the following intelligent sensors:

· e+ SOIL MCT
· e+ RAIN
· e+ WATER L

11.31.15 e-SENSE monitoring well modem


SMS / GPRS-modem for remote wireless data communication with e+ WATER L and/or analogue sensors and Diver® by Schlumberger. Measurements are mailed by SMS or e-mail to a central server or back office for data processing. The e-SENSE® monitoring well modem can be configured remotely by means of SMS or e-mail by the back office or locally by using the e-SENSE configuration tool. The modem is equipped with 2 status leds and IrDa communication. Sensors are connected by a M12 waterproof connector. Battery and SIM are interchangeable by the user. The information can be sent up to 4 destination numbers.

The monitoring well modem can be installed underground in a monitoring well cover or above ground in a protective monitoring well casing.
